Carolyn Hoffman’s 2022 book, New York, Susquehanna & Western, Volume 1: Jersey City to Passaic Jct., has been selected by the Bergen County Historic Preservation Advisory Board to receive a 2023 Bergen County Historic Preservation Award in the “Historic Publication” category.

Bergen County Executive James J. Tedesco III and the Board of County Commissioners will present this award during an invitation-only ceremony on the evening of Thursday, May 4th. Carolyn Hoffman (as author) and Rudy Garbely (as publisher), whose contributions to the book were both cited in the award nomination, will be in attendance to receive the award.
