The Garbely Publishing Company acquired former Conrail N21 caboose #21292 on May 11, 2022, and it was delivered to its new home in Port Jervis, New York on December 11, 2022. Starting in early 2023, the car will be undergoing a complete restoration back to its original Conrail colors on the exterior, while the interior will be rehabilitated to a multipurpose meeting, display, and storage space.
